Services were scheduled Wednesday, 2 p.m., at Orma United Methodist Church, with Rev. Loren Price officiating, and burial in Orma U.M. cemetery. There were no visitations scheduled.2 |

Margaret "Suge" O'Dell, 89, of Beckley, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Jackie Withrow Hospital, Beckley.
She was born in Whittaker on March 3, 1923, and was a daughter of the late James and Bertha Carrow Burdette. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, William O'Dell; and four brothers and two sisters.
Margaret is survived by son, William O'Dell of Belle; daughters, Mary Lou Turner of Belle and Barbara Kirchner of Elkhart, Indiana; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nephew and caretaker, Carlos (Jo Ann) Burdette of Danese; and several other nieces and nephews..
The funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 23, 2012, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with Pastor Marvin Horan officiating.
The burial will follow the service in Youngers Hollow Cemetery, Campbells Creek.
Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.2 |
