Clarence Alfred Williams, 81, of St. Albans, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2010, after a long illness. Born December 3, 1928, in Charleston, he was a son of the late Barbara Larson and Clarence G. Williams.

He was also preceded in death by his two brothers, Ted and Russell Williams.

He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Ballard Williams; daughters, Kaye Miller of Hurricane, Leigh D'Agostino of Charleston; granddaughter, Gina D'Agostino of Charleston.

Clarence was a retired master lab technician from Union Carbide Corp., South Charleston with 40 years of service. He was a member of Highlawn Presbyterian Church where he was an elder and clerk of session. He helped to organize the Walk Against Hunger at the church and will be remembered for his wonderful singing voice and kindness to all who knew him. He was also a WWII veteran with the US Army.

Funeral service at Highlawn Presbyterian Church, St. Albans with Pastor Helen Young officiating. Burial in Graceland Memorial Park.3,2
