She married twice. She married Robert Bailey.⁽⁹⁹²⁾ She married Raymond Albert Motherspaugh.⁽⁹⁹³⁾ Raymond was born 3 January 1908.⁽⁹⁹⁴⁾ Raymond died July 1981 in Roanoke, VA, at 73 years of age.⁽⁹⁹⁵⁾

Zella Bertha Kincaid and Robert Bailey had the following child:

723 i. Charles Clayton⁷ Bailey was born 1 January 1921.⁽⁹⁹⁶⁾ Charles died 11 September 1970 in Roanoke, VA, at 49 years of age.⁽⁹⁹⁷⁾ He married Eleanor Oliver in Roanoke, VA, 25 December 1941.⁽⁹⁹⁸⁾
