He married Cora Huddleston in Fayette Co, WV, 1 February 1891.⁽⁶⁹²⁾ Cora was born in Fayette Co, WV 21 October 1870.⁽⁶⁹³⁾ Cora was the daughter of Fleming C. Huddleston and Mary A. Kious. Cora died 23 January 1954 in Fayette Co, WV, at 83 years of age.⁽⁶⁹⁴⁾ She was listed as a resident in the census report in Falls Dist, Fayette Co, WV, 1880.

Charles Asbury Settle and Cora Huddleston had the following child:
