She married Benjamin Nephew Sisson in Kanawha Co, WV, 16 June 1881.⁽⁶⁷⁴⁾ Benjamin was born 28 June 1858. Benjamin died 14 November 1931 at 73 years of age.

She was listed as a resident in the census report in Poca Dist., Kanawha Co, WV, 1880.

Lizzie Clifton Johnson and Benjamin Nephew Sisson had the following child:

529 i. Samuel Preston⁵ Sisson was born 26 October 1903. Samuel died 25 March 1942 at 38 years of age.
