372. William Emory⁸ Alderson (Jeremiah Bird⁷, Jeremiah⁶, James⁵, Benedict⁴, John³, Richard², Richard¹)⁽⁹⁰⁹⁾ was born in Girard, Macoupin Co, IL 1 February 1863. William died 23 May 1938 in Santa Rosa, Sonoma Co, CA, at 75 years of age. His body was interred in Forestville, Sonoma Co, CA, Forestview Cemetery.⁽⁹¹⁰⁾

He married Minnie Adelia Gates 1 July 1891.⁽⁹¹¹⁾ Minnie was born in Girard, Macoupin Co, IL 8 December 1869. (Additional notes for Minnie Adelia Gates⁽⁹¹²⁾) Minnie died 22 December 1960 in Santa Rosa, Sonoma Co, CA, at 91 years of age.

Friends are invited to attend the funeral services Saturday, December 24, 1960 at 1:30 P.M., from the Chapel of the O'Leary Funeral Home in Sebastopol. Interment, Forestville Cemetery.
