John Thomas³ Alderson (Samuel Mark², Jesse Beaulieu¹) was born in Hindsville, Madison Co, AR 10 October 1867.⁽⁶⁰⁾ John died 21 September 1904 in Drakes Creek, Madison Co, AR, at 36 years of age.⁽⁶¹⁾ According to Bruce Neal, grandson of John Thomas Alderson, John ruptured himself in 1904 while lifting a large millpost in Draketown. He walked 3 miles home and died.

He married Martha Ann Ham in Madison Co, AR, ca 1886.⁽⁶²⁾ Martha was born in Lollars Creek, Madison Co, AR 1870.⁽⁶³⁾ Martha died 6 January 1919 in Elkins, Washington Co, AR, at 48 years of age.⁽⁶⁴⁾ Her body was interred in Wesley, Madison Co, AR, Wesley Cemetery.⁽⁶⁵⁾

He resided in Draketown, Madison Co, AR.⁽⁶⁶⁾ John's occupation: minister (Church of Christ) in Madison Co, AR. Converted to Church of Christ from Methodist Church.

John Thomas Alderson and Martha Ann Ham had the following children:

Nolen L.⁴ Alderson was born in Drakes Creek, Madison Co, AR 20 February 1887.⁽⁶⁷⁾ Nolen died 27 February 1967 in Drakes Creek, Madison Co, AR, at 80 years of age.⁽⁶⁸⁾ His body was interred in Wesley, Madison Co, AR, Wesley Cemetery. He married Mary Oma Broyles in Drakes Creek, Madison Co, AR, 3 June 1918.⁽⁶⁹⁾ Mary was born in Prairie Grove, Washington Co, AR 16 October 1888.⁽⁷⁰⁾ Mary died 27 March 1979 in Wesley, Madison Co, AR, at 90 years of age.⁽⁷¹⁾
