He married twice. He married Beulah Mae Richards in Summers Co, WV, 25 Dec 1925. Beulah was born 1907. Beulah died 2 Jan 1950 in Charleston, Kanawha Co, WV, at 42 years of age. Her body was interred 4 Jan 1950 in Highlawn Cem, Oak Hill, Fayette Co WV. He married Ann after 1950.
