WV, single, s/o V.R. & Rebecca DeQuasie, farmer; Dicy L. Burdett, 19, b. Greenbrier Co. WV, single, d/o L.A. & Christina Burdette

Dicia was born ca 1866 in Greenbrier Co, WV. Dicia was the daughter of Lewis A. Burdette and Christina Fink.
