41 ii. Thomas Alderson was born in Augusta Co, VA ca 1770. Thomas died 1847 in Botetourt Co, VA, at 77 years of age. He married Martha Moore in Botetourt Co, VA, 13 Jul 1789.⁽³⁵⁾ Martha⁽³⁶⁾ is the daughter of James Moore.

According to Alberta Alderson Fairbanks of Barstow, CA (June 95), Burr sold his land in Botetourt Co. to his brother Thomas. The deed indicated that the neighboring farm belonged to a "Loop" family. Burzilla later lived in Jefferson Co., TN, and was evidently buried there. Alberta noted that all the Aldersons of Jefferson Co. were listed as "Allisons" in the 1850 census. Burr was found living next door to son Isaac, as in the 1840 census.

43 iv. Elizabeth Alderson was born in Botetourt Co, VA ca 1777. She married Thomas Cross in Botetourt Co, VA, 29 Dec 1801.⁽⁴⁰⁾ Thomas was born in PA 1780. Thomas died in Rockbridge Co, VA. He resided in Natural Bridge, Rockbridge Co, VA.

44 v. Hester Alderson reference ALDEHE82 was born in Botetourt Co, VA ca 1782. Hester died before 1868 in Hocking Co, OH.⁽⁴¹⁾ She married George Woltz in Botetourt Co, VA, 30 January 1800.⁽⁴²⁾ George was born in Frederick Co, MD 26 October 1774.⁽⁴³⁾ George was the son of Peter Woltz Jr. and Maria Breitengrass. George died ca 1840 in Hocking Co, OH.⁽⁴⁴⁾
