11. Thomas² Curtis (Thomas¹) was born in Mansfield Twp, Burlington Co, NJ 1685. Thomas died 28 Apr 1749 in Baptistown, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 63 years of age. His body was interred in Baptistown, Hunterdon Co, NJ.

He married Else Merrill in NJ, ca 1710. Else was born in Middletown, Monmouth Co, NJ ca 1690. Else was the daughter of William Merrill and Grace. Else died after 1748/9 in Baptistown, Hunterdon Co, NJ.

Thomas Curtis and Else Merrill had the following children:

17 i. Ann³ Curtis.

18 ii. Mary Curtis.

+ 19 iii. Jane Curtis was born ca 1712.

20 iv. Thomas Curtis was born in NJ 1719. Thomas died 15 Oct 1814 in Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 95 years of age. His body was interred in Kingwood, Hunterdon Co, NJ, Old School Baptist Cemetery.

21 v. Benjamin Curtis was born in NJ ca 1720. Benjamin died 12 May 1778 in Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 57 years of age.
