3012 ii. Charles Elbert Julian⁽⁴⁵³⁵⁾ was born in Long Beach, Los Angeles Co, CA 01 August 1908. Charles died 31 October 1971 in Vallejo, Solano Co, CA, at 63 years of age. He married Margaret Carroll Rafferty. Margaret died 15 August 1965 in Napa, Napa Co, CA.
