She married Guert Collins in Trenton, Grundy Co, MO, 24 December 1902.⁽⁴⁵¹⁹⁾ Guert was born in MO 29 July 1872.⁽⁴⁵²⁰⁾ Guert⁽⁴⁵²¹⁾ was the son of William Ellisworth Collins and Susannah Doan. Guert died 5 February 1945 in Ottumwa, Wapello Co, IA, at 72 years of age.⁽⁴⁵²²⁾ His body was interred in Edinburg, Grundy Co, MO, Oddfellows Cemetery.⁽⁴⁵²³⁾

She was listed as a resident in the census report in Edinburg, Madison Twp, Grundy Co, MO, 1900. Mrs. Blanch Collins Dies at Ottumwa Mrs. Blanch L. Collins, 78, Ottumwa, Ia., former Trenton and Edinburg resident, died at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday at a hospital in Ottumwa. The body is at the Johnson Funeral Chapel in Ottumwa. Services will be conducted there at 10 a.m. Friday with Rev. Harry J. Lansman, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Ottumwa officiating. The body will then be brought to Edinburg where graveside services and burial will be conducted there at 2:30 p.m. Mrs. Collins was the daughter of Samuel W. and Mary Reid Alderson and was born in Randolph Co., Mo. March 6, 1881. She had been a resident of Ottumwa for the past 35 years. Prior to that time she had resided in Missouri. She was a member of the First Baptist Church at Ottumwa. Mrs. Collins is survived by two sons, Graydon and William Collins, Ottumwa; four daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Jones, Estes Park, Colo; Mrs. Bonnie Kunz, Phoenix, Ariz; Mrs. Melda Smith, Center Point, Ia.; and Mrs. Bertha Palmer, Waukegan, Ill.; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was an aunt of Mrs. Earl Allen, Mr. Orville Collins, and Mrs. Dale Rader, all of Trenton; Raymond Alderson, Edinburg, W.A. Dix, Jamesport; and W.E. Collins, Gallatin. 3008 iv. Nelda Lee 'Nelsie' Collins⁽⁴⁵²⁷⁾ was born in Grundy Co, MO 26 Apr 1911. Nelda died 2 Dec 1981 in Fredericksburg, VA, at 70 years of age.
