He married Rebecca Prindle in Athens, Athens Co, OH, 17 February 1842.⁽⁵³¹⁾ Rebecca was born 4 September 1817. Rebecca died 9 August 1895 in Coffeysburg, Daviess Co, MO, at 77 years of age. Conflicting evidence states that Rebecca was born 4 September 1818.

Conflicting evidence states that Henry was born in OH, 31 July 1821.

Henry Jackson Woltz and Rebecca Prindle had the following children:

540 i. Sarah Ann⁵ Woltz was born in Hocking Co, OH ca 1843. She married David Lamma.

541 ii. David Jackson Woltz was born in Hocking Co, OH 1857. He married Josephine Inzer Melvin.
