John died 22 Jan 1873 in Pittsville, Johnson Co, MO, at 78 years of age. His body was interred in Pittsville Cem, Johnson Co, MO.

561 vi. Rebecca Jane Tackitt was born in Monroe Co, VA 9 May 1835. Rebecca died 29 Jan 1924 in Sulphur Springs, Hopkins Co, TX, at 88 years of age. She married twice. She married Jesse McCalister 24 May 1867. She married Thomas Jefferson Colburn before 1900.

562 vii. Virginia Hannah Tackitt was born in Monroe Co, VA 4 May 1838. Virginia died 3 Apr 1917 at 78 years of age. She married John M. Rice.
